About the Retreat
This course goes beyond the basic functions of muscles and bones into movement mechanics including the fascial network. Exploring movement as a chain of events, both controlled and automatic will guide a deeper understanding of anatomy and how the body functions as a whole. These principles will guide us to dissect the actions involved in asana practice, how to identify correct alignment, then learn how to both hands-on adjust students as well as self-adjust. Education sessions will be a combination of learning theory and practical application, with a focus on “doing”.
Teachers will leave feeling confident in adjusting students and practitioners will gain insight into their own body and practice.

Arielle has been interested in human movement since she was a competitive teenage athlete, which led her to pursue her degree in Kinesiology. After her degree and years of competitive sports, she recognized the healing and balancing effects that a committed Ashtanga practice created within her own body. In 2005, Ariellecompleted the Centered Yoga Teacher Training, with Paul Dallaghan, where she was fortunate to be introduced to Sri O.P. Tiwari and the study of pranayama. In addition to travelling through Europe, South America, Central America, India, China and Southeast Asia, she returned to Thailand annually to grow in her practice,prior to making it her home in 2013.
Arielle teaches with humility and aims to guide students toward a better understanding of their physicality. Arielle also teaches anatomy in teacher trainings and continuing education courses, at Samahita and other yoga studios. She is grateful to her teachers, Paul Dallaghan, Tiwariji and R. The program begins at 5pm on the first day of the retreat with a group welcome and departure is at 12pm on the last day.

Deluxe One Bedroom Suite
We only have two deluxe one bedroom suites located in our most private building closest to the sea. They have a private bedroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen, generous bathroom and an extra large balcony. Both suites offer a modern open living room with sofa bed, LCD TV, working desk and DVD/ iPod Stereo. They are perfect for a family or couple. The additional rate is a flat rate based on the room and is added on to the total rate package whether a single individual, couple or family.
Deluxe One Bedroom Suite - Additional cost on the total program package:

Our guestrooms are set back just over 50 meters from the water to provide with you with a private community and greater security. A selection of our rooms enjoy this spectacular sea view, while others enjoy the tropical gardens scene.
It is possible to extend your time on detox day by day from an above program as fits your timeline. You can also add extra therapies and treatments to your program at a special discounted rate.
