The morning session will be devoted to practice with a 45-minute Pranayama practice and a 30-minute sitting meditation and mantra practice. This will be followed by Asana practice. Most asana will be Mysore/ Self-Practice with some applied led classes. If your practice is other than Ashtanga you are still welcome. If you do not have a dedicated Asana practice then you may join a daily led class with one of our other teachers. The afternoon will focus on asana study, practical sequencing, movement workshops and restorative practice. “This course was of an extremely high quality, delivery by two highly knowledgeable, articulate, intelligent women.  Both are clearly practitioners who have taken their experiences on the mat far beyond the norm.  They have a deep understanding of both the physical and energetic natures of the postures, which they then combine in order to teach students about postural alignment and adjustments.  I would be very excited to see a Part 2 of this course to further enhance my skills as a teacher and practitioner. “

~ Kerill from Australia/ Macau, 2015

Arielle has so much knowledge! I loved that she really knows what she is talking about and does not beat around the bush.

~ Kaitlyn, USA, November ’14

“ The Practical Anatomy: The Next Step in Teaching and Adjusting was hugely beneficial to me as a teacher and yoga student. The course was packed with useful, comprehensive and practical content and it was a privilege to be able to learn from Elonne and Arielle’s excellent and extensive knowledge. There was plenty of time to practice adjustments, observe fellow practitioners and learn from each other. The course was also very beneficial to my own practice. I would highly recommend this course to all teachers who wish to gain more knowledge and confidence in applied anatomy and the art of adjusting. “

~ Karen from Switzerland, 2015

“This course in all aspects from content, practical experience, application of theory from student and teacher perspective and the manner is which it was presented, exceeded my expectations. Arielle and Elonne, highly experienced in their own fields, work really well together as a team. Each complementing the other in a manner which makes it a highly satisfying experience.”

~ Hanlie from Singapore, 2015

“Practical Anatomy: The Next Step in Teaching and Adjusting” is a very well structured course with focus on adjustments of deep floor poses, very useful anatomy that directly relates to asana, new chants and asana study. It is very helpful if you want to teach flow or yin classes as we learned a practical approach to how to teach that too. I have learned so much in 2 weeks!” – Natalia from Denmark/ Bangledesh, 2015

Amazing adjusting by Arielle and Elonne. Their anatomy and philosophy classes were also well taught and very educational.
