The Program

For Whom?

For those ready for a deep detox, who have detoxed in the past, and maintain a healthy diet, the Faster's Detox is ideal. It is also suitable for those who have completed Yogi's Detox or Nature's Detox and wish to extend their detox program. Using a diet of fresh 'detox juices' gives your digestive system a complete rest while supplying you with all the nutrients and antioxidants you need. Eliminating solid food allows the system to start the detoxification process almost immediately, giving you more dramatic results.

The Faster's Detox is indicated for those who have signs of heat in the body, such as feeling too hot, red complexion, frequent skin break outs, inflammatory symptoms, frequent anger, fevers or infections, also for those who have signs of excess and accumulation, such as excess weight, thick tongue coating, frequent sinus infections and allergies.

The Diet

The core of the Faster's Detox Program is the freshly prepared 'Green Juices'. Green vegetables are very light, refreshing and cleansing; they contain many vitamins, minerals, nutrients and antioxidants and have slight bitter and astringent tastes, which encourage detoxification and the release of wastes. The 'Green Juices' restore the alkaline balance of the body, combating acidic conditions such as cravings and addictions, moodiness, poor digestion and arthritis. By taking a 'Green Juice' diet, the alkalinity of the body can be restored reducing cravings, harmonizing moods and leading to a more efficient metabolism and greater natural energy.

During the Faster's Detox program you will also receive detox herbal supplements, fresh wheatgrass and detox juices, detox broths and fresh herbal teas.

Digestion

The health of the digestion is paramount to the health of the individual. The digestive fire, or agni, regulates nutrition and elimination. The restriction of food has the effect of building up the digestive fire. The 'green juices' are primarily alkaline and cooling, and good for cleansing the liver.

The Faster's Detox program comprises a simple 'green juice' alkalizing diet, fresh detox juices, detox herbal supplements, detox yoga program, far infrared sauna sessions, Chi Nei Tsang abdominal massages, holistic treatments, daily detox support meeting and a detox welcome kit including everything you will need for your detox program.

Optional Liver and Gallbladder Flush on all Models

Each participant has the choice, though it is recommended, to add in this flush towards the end of the detox program. It aids the detoxification process. The liver flush helps prevent gall stones, lowers cholesterol levels in the blood, can reduce referred pains from the liver or gall bladder (e.g. shoulder pain), reduce and prevent liver related headaches and migraines (i.e. those with nausea), helps food allergies, helps in weight reduction, constipation and improves vitality levels.

Length of Time to Detox

To get the most out of the process it is recommended to participate in a detox program for at least 7 to 10 days. One can continue a little longer if need be. However, we do offer program packages of 3 and 5 days also. We understand people's time limitations coupled with the desire to fit everything in, so encourage you to plan it out in advance. The Yogi's or Nature's Detox programs can be very beneficial over a shorter period of time.

We only have two deluxe one bedroom suites located in our most private building closest to the sea. They have a private bedroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen, generous bathroom and an extra large balcony. Both suites offer a modern open living room with sofa bed, LCD TV, working desk and DVD/ iPod Stereo. They are perfect for a family or couple. The additional rate is a flat rate based on the room and is added on to the total rate package whether a single individual, couple or family.

Our guestrooms are set back just over 50 meters from the water to provide with you with a private community and greater security. A selection of our rooms enjoy this spectacular sea view, while others enjoy the tropical gardens scene.

It is possible to extend your time on detox day by day from an above program as fits your timeline. You can also add extra therapies and treatments to your program at a special discounted rate.
