Looking back at this journey she is filled with wonder at how it is unfolding, how a practice which started as a way to manage stress and increase flexibility grew to become a central thread in her life. From that first class the practice of Ashtanga resonated with her on every level and eventually lead her to David Collins and Paula Herbert who provided a loving, supportive Mysore space where every morning she would get on her mat breath and move, with no expectation.  It also peaked her curiosity to explore the other aspects of yoga.  It was there that she met Paul Dallaghan and also had the opportunity to study with so many other gifted teachers. She completed her 200hour teacher training Ashtanga Yoga Dublin in 2012and since then has gone on to study and teach in many corners of the world.
Most recently she was fortunate enough to spend a month with Sri O.P Tiwari in Kaivalyadhama completing his Pranayama Teacher training and earlier this year spent a month immersed in the magic of Richard Freeman and Mary Taylorâs Teacherâs Intensive in Boulder.
My practice continues to shape my life.  It has brought balance, focus, awareness and a deep sense of inner peace.  It is such a joy and privilege to share this living practice with others.  It has taught me to rest in the transformational beauty that comes from the pain and joy of being human. It has helped grow my conviction that we all have something absolutely incredible to offer the world.
