SAMAHITA RETREAT takes steps to ensure it meets privacy principles and requirements with respect to personal information under applicable privacy legislation. This Samahita Retreat privacy policy only applies to transactions made, and data gathered, on the Samahita Retreat websites including Yoga Thailand, Centered Yoga and Wellness Thailand. The purpose of this Privacy Statement is to inform users of this Site how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information. This statement applies to our online collection, use and disclosure of personal information in the United States.

SAMAHITA RETREAT and its agents and representatives collect personal information in a number of circumstances in order to operate the Site. Personal Information we collect includes:
